Products is processed and deep-frozen on board few hours after the catch.
Modern equipment of the factories installed on vessels allows the one-time frozen production of fillets, minced meat and surimi directly at sea. The production of secondary frozen products is carried out by the coastal plant Russian Pollock.
Production meets the goals of sustainable development, environmental friendliness of the fishery is confirmed by the certificate of the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC)
