"Being a fisherman is for the strong": At Sea photo exhibition to open on July 9 in Vladivostok
Employees of the Far East fishing companies will become the main characters of the At Sea photo exhibition to held on July 9 at the Sportivnaya Harbor promenade in Vladivostok during Fisherman's Day. Key fishing companies from the Far East traditionally provide the exhibition hosts with photo portraits of their employees. This year, the Russian Fishery Company (RFC), one of the leaders in Russia's fishing industry, will make a significant contribution to the exhibit.
Being a fisherman is for the strong and brave. Only willpower, endurance, and determination, combined with the knowledge and experience of professionals, can stand up to the harsh Far Eastern seas and unpredictable weather. Today's fishing trade is high-tech: modern RFC vessels use cutting-edge equipment to ensure both the safety of the vessel and crew, and high standards of processing and storage of wild white pollock products. Fisherman's Day has always been and remains a special holiday, celebrated by thousands of coastal families. Some celebrate it on the salty expanses of the sea, while others support the active life in the industry onshore. We extend our congratulations to all our colleagues and their families on the upcoming holiday and invite you to visit the At Sea photo exhibition and the Russian Fishery Company's stand at the festival.
Fisherman's Day 2023 in Primorye is organized by Visit Primorye, the tourist information center of Primorsky Krai, with the support of the Government of Primorsky Krai, Vladivostok City Administration, and the Fishery Agency of Primorsky Krai. The official partner of the holiday is the Russian Fishery Company.
