Nineteen brightest food projects of Primorye take part in the event, presenting pollock dishes in 29 restaurants: MILLIONKA, ZUMA, TOKYO, NOSTALGIA, VINOVATY ZVEVDY, AQUATORIA, RAKUSHKA SEAFOOD BAR&KITCHEN, OGONYOK FARM RESTAURANT, MOSTY, IL PATIO, DAB, BABA TOMA, KIM SISTERS, GUSTO GASTROBAR, COFFEE MACHINE, YAY THAI (Khabarovsk), HOUSE BAKERY, FISHY (Khabarovsk) and MORE SEAFOOD BAR among them.
Every restaurant offers special festival menu presenting 3-5 signature pollock dishes: Tom Min, ”Zaverton” (kind of wrap) with hot-smoked pollock, Fish Clouds, Roll with smoked pollock, Soup "Seaman's Wife" and many other of the like.
Official website of "O!Mega Taste" Festival (https://omegavkus.ru/) will present healthy and challenging recipes of pollock chef’s specialities within the Festival days, so you can arrange a kind of mini-festival at home during the whole year.
Pollack is a unique food — natural and ecologically clean. Pollock is easy to cook and it can acquire new flavors as a mono-product as well as in combo with other kinds of food.
Pollock Food Festival is primarily aimed at contributing to popularity of pollock food products and healthy cooking via chefs’ professional skill excellence, developing domestic gourmet tourism as a major trend in recent years as well as promoting the Far Eastern signature regional cuisine.

The event planners of "O!Mega Taste” Pollock Food Festival are: Russian Fishery Company (RFC), Gastronomic Map of Russia and Tourist Information Center of Primorsky Krai (TIC).
The Festival partners are: "Healthy Eating" Project of Rospotrebnadzor (Russian Federal State Agency for Health and Consumer Rights), RYBNY SOYUZ (Fish Union), ROSKACHESTVO (Russian Quality System) within the context of promoting fish products and supporting "Russian Fish" Project, FSA (Fishery Shipowners Association) and PCA (Pollock Catchers Association).
