Savely Karpukhin, who previously served as RFC’s Chief Executive Officer, will now assume the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors. Konstantin Globenko, formerly the Chief Operating Officer, has been appointed as the new CEO.
"RFC’s key priorities remain the expansion of consumption of healthy, high-quality pollock products in the Russian and international markets, the modernization of the fishing fleet, and the improvement of working conditions for fishermen. I am confident that under Konstantin Globenko’s leadership, the company will further strengthen its leading position in the market,"
These changes are aimed at creating new opportunities for the company. Savely Karpukhin will focus on strategic planning and long-term development at the board level, while Konstantin Globenko will concentrate on operational activities and day-to-day business management.
"It is a great honor for me to lead such a successful and rapidly growing company. The RFC team is a well-coordinated mechanism, and I am confident that our accumulated experience will help us to effectively implement our strategy. We will stay on the same course of producing quality products for our customers and creating better conditions for our employees,"
